For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.)

3 Execute a middle punch with the left fist, maintaining the riding stance Perform 2 and 3 in a fast motion

4 Bring the left foot to the right, then move the right foot towards C, forming a riding stance, while extending the right fist forward

5 Execute a middle punch with the left fist, maintaining the riding stance
