For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.)

Start in a parallel ready stance in a "heaven hands" posture.

1. Slide your left foot towards B into a right L-stance towards B while executing a double forearm block (closed hand sudo-marki)

2. Lift your right foot to your left knee, turn your head towards C. Keep your hands in the same position they were in.

3. Execute a pressing kick with your right foot, while maintaining your hand position.

4. Lower your right foot towards C into a riding stance. Execute a knife hand strike with your right hand towards C.

5. Turn your head towards A. Execute an mid-section angle punch with your left fist. Right fist is retracted. (maintain riding stance)

6. Execute a low block with the left hand and a middle guarding block with the right towards A. Maintain a riding stance.

7. Maintaining stance, execute a low block witht the right hand and a middle guarding block with the left towards A.

8. Execute a wedging block (breaking block) with the double forearms towards A.

9. Strike to D with the right elbow. Left palm covers right fist. Maintain riding stance.

10. Execute a mid-section punch towards A with the right fist. The left open palm will slide up the right arm and rest above the elbow joint. Maintain riding stance.

11. Strike to D with the left elbow. Right palm covers left fist. Maintain riding stance.

12. Execute a horizontal punch (Left and right fists) towards C. Maintain riding stance.

13. Stepping towards C, step the left foot over the right forming a right X-stance. Turn your head towards A. Execute an low inner forearm guarding block. Place your left palm on exposed right wrist.

14. Turn the right foot towards C forming a left L-stance, while executing a U-shaped grab. (the left upper hand is turned up towards the sky)

15. Bring the left foot to the right forming a closed stance. Execute a twin horizontal elbow. (arms are shoulder height, fists facing each other)

16. Move the left foot towards B into a riding stance. Execute a backfist sidestrike with the right hand and a low block with the left hand.

17. Cross the right foot over the left forming a left X-stance while executing a low inner forearm guarding block with the left arm. Strike the left fist into the right open palm.

18. Slide the left foot towards B into a riding stance while executing a low knifehand guarding block with the palms turned up.

19. Execute a double forearm block (closed hand sudo-marki) towards C while forming a left L-stance towards C, pivoting on the left foot.

Po Eun, also know as Chong Mong-Chu, was a scholar, public servant, and pioneering physicist during the Koryo dynasty. In his early twenties he took three different public service qualifying exams and received the highest scores on all three.

He was best known for his pioneering physics theories and his famous poem, "I would not serve a second master though I may be crucified a hundred times."

Po Eun was fiercely loyal to his king, and supported him until his own assassination in 1392. His death signifies the end of the Koyro dynasty.
