For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.)

1 Step out towards B into a horse stance (your body will be facing A) while executing a side palm heel strike with the left hand. (Kiyai)

2 Maintaining the horse stance execute a mid section punch with the left fist.

3 Maintaining the horse stance execute a mid section punch with the right fist.

4 Stepping along a parallel line towards C, step into a left L-stance while executing a twin forearm guarding block.

5 Maintaining the stance, execute an upset punch with the reverse (left) fist. Pull the right hand to the opposite shoulder.

6 Slide your forward foot towards C, into a left fixed stance while executing a downward knifehand strike with the forward (right) hand.

7 Slide your left foot towards C, into a left front stance while executing a mid section punch with the left fist.

8 Slide your left foot towards A, into a left front stance while executing a low block with the left arm.

9 Shift forward towards A, into a right front stance while executinng a mid section punch with the right hand.

10 Slide your rear left foot forward to your right. At the same time place your left palm over your right extended fist and "pull" fist back towards your body.

11 Execute a side piercing kick with your right foot towards A. Land in a left L-stance while executing a knifehand strike with the right hand.

12 Shift forward towards A into a left front stance while executing a mid section punch with the left hand.

13 Shift forward towards A into a right front stance while executing a mid section punch with the right hand.(Kiyai)

14 Turning counterclockwise towards C (pivoting on right foot) land in a right L-stance while executing a twin forearm guarding block.

15 Shift forward towards C into a right front stance while executing a spearhand thrust with the right fingertip.

16 Turning counterclockwise towards B (pivoting on right foot) land in a right L-stance while executing a sudo marki.

17 Execute a round kick with the ball of the foot towards B with the right leg. While kicking have your hands in front of you in a guarding x position.Land in a left L-stance.

18 Execute a round kick with the ball of the foot towards B with the left leg. While kicking have your hand in front of you in a guarding x position. Land in a right L-stance and execute a sudo marki.

19 Turning counterclockwise towards D (pivoting on the right foot) step into a left front stance execute a low block with your left arm.

20 Still facing D, slide your left foot over into a right L-stance while executing a obverse punch with the reverse (right) fist.

21 Shift towards D into a left L-stance while executing an obverse punch with the reverse (left) fist.

22 Shift towards D into a right L-stance while executing an obverse punch with the reverse (right) fist.

23 Slide the left foot over (still facing D) into a left front stance while executing a low x block.

24 Slide the right foot counterclockwise towards CD into a parallel stance. (the front of your body should now be facing AC) execute a double rear elbow strike.

25 Turning counterclockwise pivot on your right foot and bring your feet together facing B

26 Facing B and maintaining foot position execute a low block with the right arm and a middle guarding block with the left arm.

27 Holding position, execute a low block with the left arm and a middle guarding block with the right arm.

28 Step out with your left foot towards B into a right L-stance while executing a closed hand sudo marki.
