For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.)

Start in Chun Bi position

1 Turn towards B landing in a left front stance execute an outer forearm guarding block with your left arm.(Kiyai)

2 While maintaining the left front stance execute a reverse mid section punch with the right hand

3 Turn towards C (pivoting on your left foot clockwise) land in a right front stance while executing an outer forearm guarding block with your right arm.

4 While maintaining the right front stance execute a reverse mid section punch with the left hand.

5 Turning towards A shift into a right L-stance {your right foot will be your pivot foot and your left foot will "slide" into position}execute a sudo marki.

6 Shift forward towards A into a right front stance while executing a spear hand thrust with the right hand.

7 Continuing forward towards A and pivoting on your right foot, turn 360° counterclockwise and land in a left front stance while executing a backfist sidestrike to the temple with your left hand.

8 Shift forward towards A into a right front stance and execute a backfist sidestrike with you right hand. (Kiyai)

9 Turn towards C (pivoting on your right foot, counterclockwise) land in a left front stance while executing an outer forearm guarding block with your left arm.

10 Maintaining the left front stance execute a reverse mid section punch with the right hand.

11 Turn towards B (pivoting on your left foot clockwise) land in a right front stance while executing an outer forearm guarding block with your right arm.

12 While maintaining the right front stance execute a reverse mid section punch with the left hand.

13 Turn towards CD (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) landing in a left front stance execute a wedging block

14 While holding your hands in place execute a front snap kick off the rear (right) leg towards CD.

15 Land in a right front stance (still facing the diagonal) and execute a mid section punch with the right hand.

16 While maintaining the right front stance execute a reverse mid section punch with the left hand.

17 Turn towards BD (pivoting on your left foot counterclockwise) land in a right front stance and execute a wedging block.

18 While holding your hands in place execute a front snap kick off the rear (left) leg towards BD.

19 Land in a left front stance (still facing the diagonal) and execute a mid section punch with the left hand.

20 While maintaining the left front stance execute a reverse mid section punch with the right hand.

21 Turn towards D (pivoting on the right foot counterclockwise) and land in a left front stance while executing a high rising block with your left arm.

22 Shift forward towards D into a right front stance while executing a high rising block with your right arm.

23 Turn towards B (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) landing in a horse stance. Execute a knife hand strike with the left hand. {your body will be facing A, but your strike will be to B}

24 Stepping to C and landing in a horse stance execute a knife hand strike with your right hand. (kiyai)
