For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.)

Start in Chun bi position

1 Turn toward B and step into a right L-stance. Execute a sudo marki (Kiyai)

2 Shift intoa right front stance towards B and execute a high section punch with the right hand.

3 Turning towards C (pivot on your left foot clockwise) land in a left L-stance while executing a sudo marki

4 Shift into a left front stance towards C and execute a high section punch with the left hand.

5 Turning towards A (pivot on your right foot counterclockwise) land in a left front stance while executing a low block with your left arm.

6 Shift forward towards A into a right front stance while executing a high section punch with the right hand.

7 Shift forward towards A into a left front stance while executing a high section punch with the left hand.

8 Shift forward towards A into a right front stance while executing a high section punch with the right hand.(Kiyai)

9 Turning towards C (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) land in a right L-stance while executing a twin forearm guarding block.

10 Shift forward towards C into a right front stance while executing a high section punch with the right hand.

11 Turning towards B (pivot on left foot clockwise)land in a left L-stance while executing a twin forearm guarding block.

12 Shift forward towards B into a left front stance while executing a high section punch with the left hand.

13 Turning towards D (pivot on your right foot counterclockwise) land in a left front stance while executing a low block with your left arm.

14 While maintaining the left front stance execute a high rising block also with your left arm.

15 Shift forward towards D into a right front stance while executing a high rising block with your right arm.

16 Shift forward towards D into a left front stance while executing a high rising block with your left arm.

17 Shift forward towards D into a right front stance while executing a high rising block with your right arm.

18 Turning towards B (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) land in a right L-stance while executing a knife hand strike (shoulder level) with the left hand.

19 Shift forward towards B into a right front stance and execute a high section punch with the right hand.

20 Turning towards C (pivot on left foot clockwise) land in a left L-stance while executing a knife hand strike (shoulder level) with the right hand.

21 Shift forward towards C into a left front stance and execute a high section punch with the left hand.(kiyai)
