For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.)

"x" is the starting position. You will always be facing A to start

Start in chun Bi position.

1 Pivoting on the right foot turn towards B into a right L-stance while executing a Knifehand twin forearm guarding block. (Kiyai)

2 Slide the left foot over into a left front stance facing B while executing a inward knife hand strike with the right hand. Slide the left hand up into a protective knifehand high rise block.

3 Slide your left foot to your right and step towards C into a left L-stance. Execute a Sudo Marki.

4 Shift forward towards C into a left front stance while executing a high fingertip thrust with the forward (left) hand.

5 Slide the left foot back into a right L-stance facing A while executing a sudo marki.

6 Turning clockwise towards D get into a left bending ready stance (left foot on ground).

7 Execute a side piercing kick with the right leg towards D.

8 Following kick place right leg down into a right L-stance facing A. Execute a sudo marki.

9 Double stepping forward towards A, execute an aerial side piercing kick with the right leg.

10 Following the kick, land in a left L-stance while executing a sudo marki.

11 Pivoting counterclockwise on the right foot land in a left front stance towards C while executing a low block with the forward (left) hand.

12 Place hands out in front of you (towards C) preparing to grab your opponents head for a knee strike. Execute the the knee strike with the reverse (right) leg.

13 Following the knee strike place your right foot down right next to the left foot. Turn counterclockwise towards B stepping into a left front stance while executing a inward ridgehand strike strike with the reverse (right) hand.

14 Execute a high round kick with the right heel towards B.

15 Following kick place right foot next to left foot. Execute a reverse turning kick towards B with the left foot.

14 and 15 are done in a quick successive motion.

16 Following the kick place your left foot down and face C in a left L-stance hands in guarding position.

17 Execute a round kick with the ball of your foot towards C with your rear (left) leg.

18 Following the kick bring your left foot back to your right foot. Step with your right foot towards D into a horse stance while executing a stick block. (right hand low, left hand high)

19 Slide your right foot back to your left and execute a 360° jump counterclockwise (jump is straight up and down). Land in left L-stance while executing a sudo marki towards D

20 Step towards D into a left front stance while executing a low fingertip thrust with the rear (right) hand (palm facing up).

21 Slide left foot over into a right L-stance (still facing D) while executing a low block with the forward (left) hand and a backfist side strike with the rear (right) hand.

22 Step towards D into a right front stance while executing a spearhand thrust with the right fingertip.

23 Turning counterclockwise towards B landing in a left front stance execute a double forearm guarding block.

24 Stepping towards B with your right foot step into a horse stance. Execute an inward forearm guarding block towards D and a backfist sidestrike towards B. block and strike are done in a quick successive motion

25 Turn 180° counterclockwise towards C kicking with your right leg execute a side piercing kick. Hands should be in front of you in a x guarding motion.

26 Continuing towards C place your right kicking leg down and execute a side piercing kick with your left leg. Hands should be in front of you in a x guarding motion.

27 Following your kick with the left leg place it down towards C, but turn your body towards B. (You should be in a right front stance facing B) Execute a high x block.

28 Shift forward towards B into a left front stance while executing a double upward palm heel block.

29 Pivoting 180° on your right foot clockwise turn towards C. (you should now be in a right front stance) execute a high rise block with your foward (right) hand.

30 Maintaining the previous stance execute a reverse mid section punch witht the left fist.

Return to chun bi position.
