For the purpose of facing the correct direction I will use the following "code": when you start the form A is in front of you, B is to your left, C is to your right, and D is behind you. Any combination of these letters will be a diagonal movement. (ex. AB is to the forward diagonal left.) AB A AC B x C BD D CD "x" is the starting position. You will always be facing A to start Start in Chun Bi position (feet shoulder width apart, fists down by belt) 1 Turn towards B. In a left front stance execute a low block with your left arm. (Kiyai) 2 Shift forward (still facing B) into a right front stance and execute a mid section punch with your right hand. 3 Turn towards C (pivoting on your left foot clockwise) and land in a right front stance while executing a low block with your right arm. 4 Shift forward (still facing C) into a left front stance and execute a mid section punch with your left hand. 5 Turn towards A (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) and land in a left front stance while executing a low block with your left arm. 6 Shift forward (still facing A) into a right front stance and execute a mid section punch with your right hand. 7 Turn towards D (pivoting on your left foot clockwise) and land in a right front stance while executing a low block with your right arm. 8 Shift forward (still facing D) into a left front stance and execute a mid section punch with your left hand. (kiyai) 9 Turn towards C. (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) In a right L-stance execute a middle guarding block with your left arm. 10 Shift forward (still facing C) into a right front stance and execute a mid section punch with your right hand. 11 Turn towards B (pivoting on your left foot clockwise) and land in a left L-stance while executing a middle guarding block with your right arm. 12 Shift forward (still facing B) into a left front stance and execute a mid section punch with your left hand. 13 Turn towards D. (pivoting on your right foot counterclockwise) In a right L-stance execute a middle guarding block with your left arm. 14 Shift forward into a right front stance and execute a mid section punch with your right hand. 15 Turn towards A (pivoting on your left foot clockwise) and land in a left L-stance while executing a middle guarding block with your right arm. 16 Shift forward into a left front stance and execute a mid section punch with your left hand. 17 Shift forward into a right front stance and execute a mid section punch with your right hand. 18 Shift backward into a left front stance and execute a mid section punch with your left hand. 19 Shift backward into a right front stance and execute a mid section punch with your right hand.
